At Kiyo’s Art Gallery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artwork. Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our paintings, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns to ensure fairness and transparency.


2. Return Policy

a. Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales of original and custom artwork are final and non-returnable, as each piece is created uniquely for the buyer.

b. Exceptions for Damaged Items

If your painting arrives damaged due to shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please follow the steps outlined below for damaged item claims.


3. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The painting was damaged during shipping.
  • An error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect order fulfillment).

b. Non-Refundable Deposits

Custom painting orders require a non-refundable deposit to cover materials and labor.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

a. Reporting a Damaged Item

If your painting arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at kiyoartgallery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide detailed photos of the damage and the packaging for assessment.

b. Resolution Options

Upon verification of the damage, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement painting (if possible).
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

5. Shipping Returns

a. Return Shipping Costs

In cases where a return is authorized, you may be required to cover shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.

  • Ensure the painting is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent further damage.

b. Return Address

Details for the return shipping address will be provided once your return request is approved.


6. Custom Orders

Custom paintings are tailored specifically to your vision and are therefore not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of damage during shipping.
